Student Council Election Results, Day 1

After today’s Student Council candidate speeches and lunchtime voting, first-day voting results are in. The second round of elections — for representatives and officer run-offs — will occur tomorrow during lunch periods.

Class of 2016

President: Allison Kao

Vice president: Margi Weiss

Secretary: Sarah Jacob

Treasurer: run-off between Sara Mesiano and Josh Podl

Class of 2015

President: Cherie Lo

Vice president: run-off between Walker Edwards and Arpit Agrawal

Secretary: Narayan Sundararajan

Treasurer: Kieran Aulak

Class of 2014

President: Simone Malone

Vice president: Sean Brown

Secretary: James Ferguson

Treasurer: Hope Gerald

If paper is to be recycled from classrooms, students must take care not to put garbage in green or blue recycling receptacles. Once trash is introduced to a recycling can, all contents are considered refuse and are disposed of rather than recycled.

The bleachers remained empty because spectators were prohibited from attending last nights game. Fans could watch the game from home via a live stream on the athletic department’s YouTube channel.
Spectators Prohibited Due to Threat
The storm downed tree limbs and snapped off the top of a tree at the corner of Rawnsdale and Lomond roads. Power at Lomond Elementary School was also knocked out by the storm.
