On the 20th Anniversary of 9/11
To all of our readers: Twenty years ago was a life-altering event for our country. We want you to know that instead of commenting on this monumental day, we have chosen to listen to the voices of survivors. All current members of The Shakerite were born in a post-9/11 world. We ask you take a moment of silence for all 2,753 lives lost on that tragic day and to never forget the tragedy that occurred.
