Classes will begin at 10:15 a.m. Monday and Tuesday for most students.
Students who are taking Government will have to arrive at school by 8:10 a.m. for end-of-course testing. Students taking AP Government do not have to take the test on those days.
Monday will follow the odd day schedule, and Tuesday, the even day schedule. Monday’s classes will be 55 minutes long; Tuesdays’ classes will be 65 minutes long, and Crew will be 35 minutes. Monday will have the usual odd day 5th-period lunch, while Tuesday will employ the Monday schedule’s fourth-period lunch.
Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 10-11, will follow the usual odd and even schedules and the 8:20 a.m. start time.
Friday, Jan. 12, will follow the Monday, all-class schedule and is the last day of the second quarter. Second semester will begin Wednesday, Jan 17. There will be no classes Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 15 and 16 for observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and a staff professional development day.
