Why did you decide to run?
I thought I would be good at the position,” Sara Mesiano said, “and [Student Council] will be good experience.”

This is Mesiano’s first campaign.
What’s your campaign strategy? Are you using social media?
Mesiano said she “put up a bunch of posters, passed out cookies and dollar bills with my face on them.”
Why should people vote for you? What are your advantages over the other candidates?
Mesiano said she would be the best person for the position. “I will be able to commit fully since I do not have a lot of other activities,” she said.
If elected, what three things would you need to achieve to feel you have been successful?
Keeping finances in order and contributing to decision making are two of Mesiano’s goals. Finally, she said, she would strive to “not screw up anything.”
