Women’s lacrosse led the Raider spring sports campaign with a 13-3 record. The Raiders fell to Jackson High School in the first round of the playoffs. However, the men’s lacrosse team finished their regular season with a 4-10 record. Shaker will play Hoover in the third round of the playoffs May 24.

The men’s baseball squad fell to Mayfield in round one of playoffs and finished the season with a 12-10 record. The Raiders ended their season as Northeast Ohio Champions with the best record in their region.

The men’s track team currently has a 1-4 record, while the women’s team has a 2-3 record. Members of both teams will compete in a meet against Nordonia May 23, and track athletes are competing in the district tournament round this week.

The men’s rugby team did well, finishing their campaign with a 4-2 record and third place in their division. The Raiders were defeated by Mayfield in the first round of the playoffs. The women’s rugby team ended their scrimmage season with a 0-6 record. Due to not having enough players, the women’s team was unable to compete in the regular season or the playoffs.

The men’s tennis team finished well, with a 9-7 record. The Raiders were defeated in the round of 32 to Copley.
