Anabel McGuan, Copy Chief
Anabel McGuan ('17) is beginning her fourth year with The Shakerite. As copy chief she serves as a copy editor and occasionally works on the Editorial Board. As a staff reporter her freshman year, she was part of the team behind the 2013-14 investigation of an emerging lock down alternative from the ALICE Training Institute. She has profiled administrators, teachers and students, including Assistant Principal Sara Joyce and Shaker Heights High School graduate Tiara Sargeant. Aside from The Shakerite, Anabel enjoys horseback riding, rowing, playing the oboe and reading.
